Student Licenses - Terms and Conditions

Toon Boom Animation offers software at a discounted rate to students with a validated student status ("Eligible Individuals"). These student licenses are granted for academic use only and in accordance with the following terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions set out within our license agreements.

Validation of Student Status

By being validated with a student status you are considered eligible to purchase Toon Boom software licenses (Harmony and Storyboard Pro desktop subscriptions) at a discounted rate offered through the Toon Boom online store.

Only students validated through the Toon Booms process are eligible. We reserve the right to change our process (including criteria for eligibility) and or ask for renewed validation upon the time frame of our choosing, at any time and without restriction.

Eligibility

Eligible individuals must meet the following criteria:

1. To be eligible, you must be enrolled full-time as a student at an accredited primary school, secondary school, college, or university. Accredited schools must be identifiable, ex. The United States-based Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the ENIC network. The aforementioned are examples only; other accredited schools/institutions exist globally.

We reserve the right to independently verify your academic status, and contact you directly to validate this status.

Software Offered to Validated Students

We offer the following Toon Boom software to validated students:

1. Harmony (A single version of Harmony - essential, advanced or premium may be acquired at any given time and qualifies for the student rate).
2. Storyboard Pro (A single license of Storyboard Pro qualifies for the student rate).
